Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (CO License) - Part Time Evenings

Hazel Health is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health counseling for K-12 students, with a focus on improving equitable access to care. As a licensed therapist, you will work with school districts to provide support and therapeutic interventions for children and their families.

Responsibilities: You will provide evidence-based mental health counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a care management team while maintaining accurate documentation and weekly productivity levels.

Skills: Required skills include being a licensed LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in Colorado, effective communication skills, experience in school-based settings, and familiarity with digital documentation and telehealth practices.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with school-aged children and possess the ability to pass a background check. Additional licenses in multiple states are a plus, and bilingual candidates are highly desired.
