Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client engagements, manage project plans, budgets, and deliver high-quality client deliverables
- Support practice leadership in business development, proposals, and external thought leadership
- Manage data gathering and analysis including reports, interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Guide implementation of recommendations with client teams and internal staff
- Oversee client invoicing, review and approve time entries and invoices
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Drive internal practice initiatives such as new revenue channels, recruiting, and marketing
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Accounting, Finance)
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
