As an Associate Sourcing Analyst, VMS, you will manage the daily operations of the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive experience for all users. This role involves training internal teams and external suppliers, tracking requisition progress, implementing process improvements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities that support business objectives.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Vendor Management System (VMS), including integrations, to ensure seamless operation and support sourcing enhancements.

• Develop, maintain, and share VMS training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to encourage ease of use, adoption, and compliance.

• Review VMS reports and supplier performance scorecards to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve supplier performance, and address business priorities.

• Clearly communicate system updates and process changes to relevant business teams.

• Lead onboarding and training for all VMS users to ensure consistent understanding and best practice application.

• Oversee financial processes, including invoice accuracy, cost tracking, and reporting.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to advance sourcing objectives.

• Audit contingent labor requests and supplier rate cards to ensure compliance with sourcing policies.

• Support supplier innovations that enhance cost efficiency, product quality, and service offerings.

Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline workflows, analyze data, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proven ability to influence and drive change across teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results.

• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes, evaluate options, and develop data-driven solutions to complex challenges.

• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to develop and implement cross-functional business strategies.
