- Advanced project management and organizational skills
- Experience with professional services revenue recognition and invoicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel for reporting
- Familiarity with OpenAir, Salesforce, and teleconferencing tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage Professional Services projects throughout the full engagement lifecycle including sales handoff, resourcing, planning, execution, and closeout
- Communicate regularly with all key stakeholders to provide project updates
- Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
- Maintain and foster strong customer relationships to meet objectives and statement of work deliverables
- Plan and manage resources to ensure scope and budget compliance
- Maintain project data in OpenAir PSA application and support revenue recognition and invoicing processes
- Develop and document project management methodologies and processes
- Provide billable Project Management services to customers as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
