the pay is fine, benefits are fine, everything is just… fine. not the dream job, but it’s steady.

Sometimes I feel like decisions get made without asking the people actually doing the work.

Good intentions, poor execution. Leadership means well but seems out of touch with how things actually work on the ground.

some departments are awesome, others… a complete mess.
