Supply Chain & Procurement Internship - Summer 2026

Do you want to work for a company where the people are the purpose? We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Supply Chain and Procurement team. This role offers hands-on experience in supplier management, inventory optimization, and procurement operations while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

• Ensure accuracy of physical inventory order sequence by entering inter-company purchase orders and inter-company transfers into the system, while following defined processes

• Ensure that goods are shipped from vendors in the most timely and efficient manner

• Manage and understand vendor base, including part numbers, quantity, lead times, and constraints

• Review inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts

• Take action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands specified in purchase orders

• Maintain positive and professional working relationships with suppliers

• Establish your reliability and initiative to create a higher standard of performance through meeting set deadlines, achieving goals and objectives, and pursuing efficiency

• Other duties as assigned

• Incoming college senior pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
