Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted New York State LCSW license.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.

- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies.
