Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Impact and Innovation Research, the Senior Research Scientist will play a critical role in advancing Great Minds’ mission by leading research efforts focused on implementation practices and evaluating the impact of our curricula and services. This role will combine strategic research oversight with operational execution, ensuring that research findings directly inform and improve curriculum implementation, teacher support services, and overall program efficacy. The Senior Research Scientist also will be responsible for mentoring junior researchers and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000-$111,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
