Superhuman is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Infrastructure Team, overseeing the SRE lifecycle while collaborating across engineering teams to support and scale cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities: Lead and grow the SRE team, develop plans to support Superhuman's roadmap, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide enterprise customer support through SLOs and incident reports.
Skills: 5+ years experience in SRE, team management, familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, incident management, SRE software lifecycle, and container management systems such as Kubernetes.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience managing remote teams, effective multitasking across projects, and a proactive management approach in fast-paced environments.
Location: Hybrid position based in San Francisco, allowing for flexibility between remote and in-office work.
Compensation: $260000 - $340000 / Annually

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an SRE Manager to lead our Infrastructure Team. This role will be hands-on as we build out an SRE team at Superhuman and involve all phases of the SRE lifecycle, from planning to incident management.

Zone 1: $260,000 – $340,000/year (USD)
