Grammarly is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Coda Core Experience team to lead the development of user-facing products and a new application builder, managing a team of engineers and shaping the future of Coda.
Responsibilities: Lead the Core Experience team in developing and launching user-facing products, enhance full-stack craftsmanship, grow a high-performing team, and shape Coda's future product direction.
Skills: Proficient in modern web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React, etc.), strong project management abilities, and experience in leading engineering teams.
Qualifications: 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, experience in fostering an inclusive team culture, and a strong understanding of product design and user experience.

Compensation: $242000 - $360000 / Annually

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: $242,000 - $360,000/year (USD)
