Responsibilities
- Develop new open source data source plugins and improve existing ones.
- Support operations and ensure reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud.
- Collaborate across teams to innovate and resolve complex engineering problems.
- Participate in customer support escalation and contribute to process improvements.
- Take ownership of software lifecycle including design, deployment, and maintenance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
