We are seeking a Physical Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries and surgeries in a progressive outpatient clinic. This role involves evaluating physical impairments, creating functional goals, and applying evidence-based treatments to restore movement and reduce pain. It’s a meaningful role where your expertise directly supports faster recoveries.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour
Duties:
- Perform detailed assessments of patient mobility and strength
- Create structured rehab plans based on diagnosis and patient goals
- Apply therapeutic exercises and hands-on techniques
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify plans as needed
- Maintain complete and timely documentation
- Coordinate care with clinical and administrative teams
- DPT or MPT degree
- Current or eligible Missouri PT license
- Experience with outpatient ortho preferred
- Comfortable using WebPT or similar systems
- Clear and confident clinical communication
