Team vibes are great + feels like everyone’s pulling in the same direction. Only thing is communication from upper management could be clearer during busy periods.

good place to learn and grow. i’ve picked up a lot of skills here. The workload can get heavy if you’re not careful with boundaries.

You might be fine one week, then slammed the next without warning.

A few nice perks (free coffee + pizza days 🍕) but it doesn’t make up for the low pay and lack of career growth.
