This role focuses on consumer insights, corporate, and market research— helping brands define the optimal positioning, strengthen their reputation, guide public affairs initiatives, and craft compelling messages that resonate with key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and enjoy driving projects forward every step of the way.

  • Drive forward day-to-day project management of research projects and external clients in collaboration with colleagues. This includes keeping the team on schedule, tracking project tasks, developing agendas, and taking notes on internal and external calls.
  • Work with project teams to ensure our clients feel like they are our first and only priority by ensuring we respond to clients in a timely fashion, anticipate client needs, and continuously update clients on our activity and progress.
  • Oversee sampling and fielding of studies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Actively troubleshoot project fielding issues, identify and implement solutions and/or escalate to team.
  • Ensure high quality control of quantitative projects, i.e., monitor telephone polls for accuracy as they are executed and test survey links.
  • Ensure client deliverables are proofed, number-checked, and error free.
  • Begin to provide strategic recommendations and contribute to strategic thinking on projects.
  • Moderate online discussion boards, as needed.
  • May begin to learn skills of moderating qualitative assignments, starting with in-depth interviews.

We will consider candidates with a political research background looking to transition to brand and public affairs research.
  • Experience in executing every stage of a research project – both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • A proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly produce high-quality work products.
