Responsibilities
- Assume major portions of the General Counsel’s responsibilities for Gemini’s global business
- Serve as primary legal advisor to senior management and regional leaders
- Lead engagements with regulators and governmental stakeholders internationally
- Advise on global privacy and data processing matters and evolve the privacy program
- Manage multi-jurisdictional projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build and scale the legal team, processes, policies, and templates
- Evaluate and communicate legal risks to internal stakeholders and external parties
- Evangelize Legal team expertise and foster reliance across the company
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active bar admission (preferred)
