Under general supervision, DESIGNS and BUILDS high performance, low latency and highly efficient platforms across Business Services, Data, Platform, and Infrastructure Engineering with DevOps principles in an Agile Environment.
Essential Functions:
1. SCOPES, DESIGNS, and BUILDS scalable and resilient distributed infrastructure, platforms, and systems.
2. ENGAGES in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle.
3. LEADS design sessions and topology reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization.
4. EXECUTES Infrastructure and Software delivery UTILIZING an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) for continuous delivery, Infrastructure as code, PowerShell scripting, Operation Portals (e.g., Azure Portal) and Monitoring Portals (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace and Application Insights) in a robust, timely and cost-effective manner.
5. EXECUTES our migration efforts from Azure PaaS/IaaS services to Kubernetes (AKS), Docker containers or Web Apps/App Services by collaborating with Architects, Developers, Configuration Management, Network and Security teams.
6. BALANCES delivery of multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, MENTORS and SUPPORTS engineers at all junior levels, SHARES best practices and IMPROVES processes within and across teams.
7. BUILDS infrastructure definitions for high resiliency requiring systems and LEVERAGES technical skills to troubleshoot across multiple verticals, execute multi-regions high-availability systems and provide operational support for systems under preview.
8. REPRESENT the team and PROVIDE excellent 24x7 production support on an on-call rotational basis.
9. ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
10. MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.

• Must have the following experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
o 3+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps and Cloud Architecture in Azure environments & offerings (PaaS, SaaS or IaaS), Network (Subscriptions, Load balancing, Firewall and DNS)
o 2+ years of experience with Azure Kubernetes, Azure functions, Web Apps, Cosmos DB, MS SQL
o 2+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting
o 2+ years of experience working with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and Application Insights
o 3+ years of experience in Production support, incident triaging and Root Cause Analysis
o 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft or similar integration software
o 2+ years of experience with build and release automation products (e.g., ADO, TFS, VSTS, Git, Jenkins)
o 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation
Annual Salary
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
