love my coworkers, but the tools we use feel like they’re from 2010. could be so much faster if we updated.

the approval process is sloooow. you’ll be needing patience.

Work-life balance is pretty decent. I can log off at a normal time most days. Would like to see more career progression paths laid out, especially for mid-level staff.

I get along with my team but the workload changes week to week without warning. Can be stressful.
