- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and communicate technical insights in business terms
- Experience automating data processes and working with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from stakeholder engagement to model deployment ensuring business decision impact
- Build and maintain scalable SQL models on complex healthcare datasets
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Looker and other BI tools to deliver actionable insights
- Design predictive models using statistical and AI-assisted methods for risk adjustment and quality measures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand needs and translate data into business solutions
- Continuously optimize analytical workflows through automation and new technology adoption
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, or related field
