Understaffed, overworked and underpaid

decent flexibility with work-from-home and PTO perks are chill. but it only goes so far. expect low pay compared to peers. leadership rarely gives proper feedback, and raises are near impossible unless you beg.

The product has great potential, but internal operations are a mess. We had layoffs post-acquisition and job security felt shaky.

Strong sense of mission and the team is smart and collaborative. The remote setup and flexible schedule are legit selling points. Promotions are rare however and pay isn’t competitive.
