Director, Enterprise Applications

Who We Are

Parenting isn’t picture-perfect. It’s messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing — sometimes all before noon. That’s where we come in.

Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker — the NoseFrida — and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.

We don’t shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about — nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.

You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.

Under Hirschhorn’s leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we’re helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.

How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of all enterprise systems across the organization. This role will oversee the applications supporting Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, HR/People, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development, ensuring technology effectively enables business growth, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Director will manage Frida’s business applications ecosystem, with primary ownership of NetSuite and responsibility for surrounding applications that interact with it. This leader will ensure business systems are reliable, integrated where relevant, and provide clean, trusted data to support decision-making. The Director will define enterprise analytics needs, guide governance around master data, and ensure alignment with the Data & Integration, Change Management & AI, and IT Service Delivery teams to maintain a connected and secure environment.

Responsibilities to include:

Enterprise Applications Strategy & Ownership

  • Own and manage Frida’s suite of enterprise applications, including ERP (NetSuite), HR/People systems, Fulfillment/WMS/Operations, Finance, Marketing, PM/PD, and other operational platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise applications roadmap that aligns with Frida’s business goals, scalability needs, and technology strategy.
  • Lead key system initiatives, implementations, and enhancement projects that impact or integrate with NetSuite.
  • Continuously assess opportunities to drive internal efficiency through process optimization, automation, and system enhancement across the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and insight across the enterprise.
  • Establish consistent governance frameworks for system changes, documentation, and business process alignment.

Enterprise Application Support, Master Data & Governance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and user support for all enterprise applications.
  • Ensure a stable and secure applications environment in collaboration with the IT, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Lead the Master Data Governance strategy across all systems and applications to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of core data domains (items, customers, vendors, financials, etc.).
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of system enhancements across all applications, including NetSuite, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Partner with the Data & Integration team to align master data models, support synchronization with the data lake, and enable accurate enterprise reporting.
  • Define clear ownership and accountability for data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management across functions.
  • Implement and enforce policies, standards, and controls to ensure reliable data and compliance across the ecosystem.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and system performance metrics to ensure service quality and cost optimization.

Analytics & Business Insights Enablement

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define analytics and reporting needs across all departments.
  • Partner with the Data & Integration team to translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions, ensuring consistent KPIs and reliable data outputs.
  • Work closely with the Change Management & AI team to ensure business processes and system data are ready for automation and future AI-driven initiatives.
  • Champion data accuracy, accessibility, and usability to empower business users with trusted insights.
  • Support the development of self-service reporting capabilities while maintaining governance and alignment across teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing enterprise applications team & consultants.
  • Drive close collaboration with:
    • Data & Integration – for data architecture alignment and analytics delivery.
    • Change Management & AI – for process adoption, user training, and AI readiness initiatives.
    • IT, Cybersecurity & Service Delivery – for infrastructure security, compliance, and end-user experience.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and technology investments to support enterprise system stability and innovation.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor to leadership for enterprise systems planning, process optimization, and technology adoption.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications, including ERP (NetSuite) ownership.
  • Broad understanding of business processes and systems supporting Finance, HR, Operations, Fulfillment, Marketing, PM, and Product Development.
  • Proven track record in application governance, master data management, and analytics enablement.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional system projects with business-wide impact.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and collaboration across data, AI, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a bias for documentation, standardization, and scalable process enablement.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred.
