Been remote here for over a year and love the flexibility. Sometimes it’s a bit too quiet if you’re someone who likes in-person collaboration, but works for me.

benefits are ok, salary is competitive, and they actually listen to feedback. wouldn’t mind a few more team-building events though.

There’s potential here, but feels like the company can’t decide if it wants to grow fast or play it safe.

I get along with my team but the workload changes week to week without warning. Can be stressful.
