The Opportunity
We’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation, and front-end development is at the heart of it. As our Front-End Software Developer, you will help reimagine the FoundersCard digital experience on mobile and web—our public-facing site, onboarding, benefits discovery, and member engagement. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end front-end implementation, collaborate closely with product and design, and drive experimentation across our platform. - Proven experience in a fast-paced development environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning major front-end projects
- Strong communicator—capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Confident in managing deadlines and working under pressure
- Willingness to assist other teams and jump into cross-functional work as needed
