- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills

- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode) a plus
- Comfort working in a high-growth startup or private capital-backed environment
Responsibilities
- Lead supply-and-demand forecasting across business lines to align patient demand with clinical capacity
- Develop and maintain staffing and operating models by department and role
- Translate operating models into financial models feeding recurring planning and forecasting
- Drive weekly and monthly KPI reporting (provider utilization, capacity, productivity, forecast accuracy)
- Deliver regular executive updates and recommendations on workforce trends and performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical Services, Operations, Sales, Talent) as finance liaison
- Lead strategic projects targeting margin, expense, and operational efficiency
- Support monthly close, budgeting activities, and ad hoc expense reviews
- Identify finance process improvements and collaborate on strategic initiatives (fundraising, M&A)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Relevant coursework or training in financial modeling and analytics
