Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families via virtual and hybrid modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hours)
- Manage caseload logistics including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and billing follow-up
- Participate in consultation groups, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field (Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology)
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist) for hybrid roles; CA residency required for hybrid
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
