Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, schedule, and design documents
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily safety/plan-of-the-day huddles
- Collaborate with Project Manager and design team to resolve field issues and RFIs
- Implement QA/QC processes and conduct field inspections
- Monitor labor productivity, subcontractor performance, and cost control
- Mentor and develop junior field staff and assist in hiring efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations
- Travel between job sites regularly and coordinate materials and logistics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
