Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Queen Creek, AZ (In-Home Services)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
Start Date: September 8, 2025
About the Role:
Finni Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in the Queen Creek, AZ area. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate both full-time and part-time availability. Some schedules may support full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support treatment goals
Follow all clinical protocols, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulations
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (exact hours to be determined based on client needs and candidate availability)
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (required)
Current CPR certification
Experience in early intervention (working with children ages 2–6) (preferred)
Preferred Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and professional
Passionate about supporting children and families through ABA
