My experience at FIND was fantastic thanks to its supportive, pressure-free culture. The team lead was incredibly patient, even when my responses were always delayed. I truly valued the trust and flexibility they offered. While a small stipend would be helpful, I understand it's a pre-revenue startup. I highly recommend volunteering here for a great learning experience in a positive environment.

I volunteered as a developer at FIND. My time was cut short due to a fundamental disagreement on engineering standards. I was tasked with an assignment and also made a few changes I believed were necessary for code quality and better task management process. However, the founder, Sirri, operates with a rigid, non-standard structure and does not welcome improvements or questions from experienced engineers. If you are an engineer who cherishes best practices and the freedom to improve a system, this is not the place for you. They prefer developers who follow orders without question.

I had a very positive experience as a Social Media Manager intern at FIND Services. The work culture is incredibly flexible, I managed my own hours and was trusted to deliver results without constant supervision. The founder, Sirri, was very supportive and provided helpful tutorials that genuinely improved my skills in scheduling and video creation. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the internship was unpaid. I wish there was a stipend attached to the role. For anyone looking to gain hands-on experience and build their portfolio in a supportive environment, I would definitely recommend it.

Really disappointed that I was let go just for trying to improve some outdated designs. There's zero room for creativity or new ideas here, they just want you to follow orders. Great remote flexibility, but it means nothing if you can't actually use your brain.

The founders, who aren't even HR experts, taught me a ton and inspired me to finally get tech-savvy with automations 😂. Every week feels productive but not draining. I work at my own time and I'm just expected to respond fast to messages and give updates. My work and improvements gets noticed and applauded for and I feel valued.

They say they're flexible and only require a minimum of 5 hours/week, but still expect you to respond to messages every day

Everything is good at the company, just wish there was some form of stipend.

Loved the culture at FIND! Super flexible, you just get your tasks done. And the strong emphasis on communication is chef's kiss. As someone who hates waiting 2 days for a reply 😂, I really appreciated how responsive everyone was. A truly responsive and productive environment
