POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Cloud Engineer to join Cloud and Platform Engineering team. Our team designs, implements, and manages our organization's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The Senior Cloud Engineer will help lead cloud strategy, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services with applications. Key responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation, automation, cloud security best practices, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery planning to support business objectives.

LOCATION
- This role can be 100% remote or work hybrid from our HQ in Jacksonville, FL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain a multi-tenant Terraform Enterprise platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
- Develop and deliver infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions across Azure environments
- Design and implement automated operations workflows using Ansible to support repeatable and consistent task execution
- Architect reusable infrastructure delivery patterns to streamline provisioning across multi-cloud environments
- Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous platform improvements
- Implement and manage secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault
- Design and administer role-based access control (RBAC) for Azure subscriptions and Terraform workspaces
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Atlassian Confluence, including infrastructure patterns and inline code documentation
- Perform additional duties and project-based work as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming or related field
- Requires 5+ years relevant experience in platform delivery
- Terraform Enterprise Associate certification, or equivalent experience in writing modular re-usable IaC in multi-tenanted environments
- Ansible experience in building new and complex workflows
- Knowledge of GIT, Azure DevOps
- Enterprise experience with RBAC/IAM and Secrets management
- One or more of: Azure Solutions Architecture Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
- Experience using Azure and/or AWS, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Enterprise experience in Compliance/Audit
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in technology and management
- Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Kubernetes preferred (AKS, EKS, GKE)
- AWS and/or GCP Architecture experience a plus
- ADO CI/CD Pipeline development
