What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and apprentices
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job assignments
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service
- Provide technical support and training to field staff
- Collaborate with plumbing and electrical departments for cross-trade projects
- Monitor inventory, tools, and fleet maintenance
- Uphold safety standards and compliance with local codes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with South Jersey residential market is a plus
