remote flexibility and pay seemed legit. but paperwork piled up fast, and admin support was inconsistent.

Pros: W2 contract, good benefits, CEU support, and relatively predictable caseload rates (~$54/hr for direct) were nice. Cons: management hides behind “cost-cutting,” then admins indirectly increase our workload without clear plan.

Offers dropped fast once indirect pay and PTO got cut mid-year. Tokens of transparency feel fake when policies shift with no notice.

Benefits & CEU program are solid and colleagues are helpful. Still, career paths are vague, and leadership rarely communicates big picture changes
