This role reports to the General Counsel and offers a unique opportunity to help build a Legal Operations function, as well as contribute substantively to key compliance programs. You will be a trusted thought partner to the Legal Team and business stakeholders, helping elevate the function as a true enabler of business success.
Our ideal candidate for this role is based near our HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts with flexibility in being remote some days. We are also open to considering exceptional remote candidates based in the U.S.
The total target cash compensation for this full-time position ranges from $128,000 to $204,000, which includes base salary and target bonus. In addition to cash compensation, this role offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity, in alignment with applicable state laws.Our compensation ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, location, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
