Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Maintain and track project plans, tasks, and milestones in Asana
- Document decisions, meeting notes, and project knowledge in Confluence
- Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations
- Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution
- Prepare and present concise executive-level updates and recommendations
- Manage competing priorities and keep work moving with structure and consistency
- Facilitate cross-team communication and handoffs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
