KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research, performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights against the client objective.
Support in the structure & development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format including integrating analysis and telling the story in a clear, effective manner.
Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable.
Collaborate with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.
Interview client’s customers, competitors, suppliers, etc. as this work will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assigned.

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Public Health, Economics, Business or life science related)
Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting or related field.
Possess a learning mindset; able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning.
Strong research & analytical skills, ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task & deliver high quality outputs under time pressured deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree (e.g., MS/PhD in Biosciences, MBA)
At least 6 months of experience within a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate / analyst-level responsibilities
A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position and includes billable hours commission. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
