They hire talented people, but retention is low. The revolving door of employees makes it hard to build momentum.

not the worst place I’ve worked, but definitely not great. communication is messy, priorities change daily, and it’s hard to get clarity.

Feels like a family but with the resources of a much bigger org. You’re trusted to get things done without micromanagement. 🙌

Been remote here for over a year and love the flexibility. Sometimes it’s a bit too quiet if you’re someone who likes in-person collaboration, but works for me.
