i’ve grown so much professionally here. they don’t just talk about career development, they put budget and effort into it. mentorship is top-notch.

Benefits are solid, salary is competitive, and they actually listen to feedback. Wouldn’t mind a few more team-building events though.

They try to do fun stuff for us, but it’s not enough to make up for the long hours in busy seasons.

I feel like decisions get made without asking the people actually doing the work which I find unfair
