Position Summary
The VP, Implementation is responsible for overseeing all functions included with new and existing contract/client
implementations, client system conversions, relevant internal onboarding initiatives, enhanced solution design, internal enhancement initiatives and general efficiency enhancements. This role will plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding customers into the EnableComp service suite. The VP is responsible for managing an implementation team and ultimately accountable for timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction. The VP, Implementation will continually analyze existing solution-delivery effectiveness, inter- and intra-departmental efficiencies, and product integration efficiencies existing solutions for internal/external customers and recommend, prioritize, and execute enhancing relevant processes. This role also contributes heavily to internal change management functions and general integration/adoption efforts.
