Empowerly is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to enhance the customer journey from initial contact to post-purchase engagement in a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate will lead the lifecycle marketing team and align closely with sales to optimize strategies and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the entire customer journey marketing strategy, manage lifecycle marketing, align sales and marketing efforts, and uphold brand guidelines across all platforms.
Skills: Requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (especially Hubspot), excellent leadership and communication abilities, and proven project management experience.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in integrated or lifecycle marketing, preferably in the education sector; a degree in marketing or a related field is required; advanced education like an MBA is preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position with team operations primarily in the Pacific Time Zone.
Compensation: $100000 - $160000 / Annually
