The Opportunity: The Conductor of Client Success This isn't your typical implementation checklist. As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Element451, you are the first and most critical strategic partner our new clients meet. You are the conductor ensuring every new college and university flawlessly transitions onto our AI-powered platform. You don't just manage projects; you architect the very foundation of their future success, turning ambitious goals into launched realities. You are the bridge from "signed contract" to "active, evangelist user," setting the stage for transformative results and long-term partnership.


What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Orchestrate Flawless Implementations: You will own the entire onboarding journey for a portfolio of new clients (5-16 simultaneously), guiding them from kickoff to launch. You'll serve as the central, trusted point of contact, managing 10-14 week timelines to ensure every milestone is met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Become a Strategic Platform Evangelist: You'll do more than just train; you'll empower. You will lead tailored, high-impact virtual sessions that equip client teams with the "why" behind the "how." You'll proactively guide them on AI-driven best practices, using your deep platform knowledge to drive early feature adoption and guarantee they are maximizing the platform's value from day one.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the crucial internal hub, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and our Platform Adoption teams. You will be the voice of the new client, managing escalations, aligning on strategic goals, and ensuring a seamless handover post-launch.

  • Build Scalable Excellence: You won't just follow the playbook; you'll help write it. You will continuously evaluate and refine the implementation process, creating and updating user documentation, templates, and resources that enhance efficiency and create a world-class client experience at scale.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience & Expertise: 3-5+ years of dynamic, hands-on experience in a SaaS implementation, client onboarding, project management, or technical support role. (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience).

  • Project Management Mastery: A proven ability to be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, logical, and analytical. You can masterfully manage multiple complex implementation projects in parallel, tracking every deliverable and adapting to shifting priorities without losing focus.

  • A Teacher's & Guide's Mindset: You are a confident and compelling communicator. You don't just present information; you build unshakable trust and guide partners. You have a passion for making the complex simple, especially when teaching clients about data configuration and analytics.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: You are wired to anticipate challenges before they arise. You don't wait for problems; you proactively find solutions that enhance the client experience and drive them toward success.

  • Domain Knowledge & Passion: Deep familiarity with data analytics and configuration. You are genuinely passionate about helping clients succeed and harnessing technology to make a positive impact.

  • Bonus Points: Direct experience in higher education (admissions, recruiting, or marketing) is a significant plus.
