What You'll Do

As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our initial team, playing a pivotal role in designing and building our core product from the ground up. You’ll push the frontiers of AI and human collaboration on some of the most data-heavy analytical projects that insurance professionals work on.

More specifically, you will:

• Enable long-horizon task completion by building the foundational UX patterns for working with multi-turn, multi-tool agentic systems.

• Empower actuaries and underwriters to work on thousands of documents in parallel by giving them access to coding and coding agents.

• Architect and implement our frontend stack using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) with a focus on performance and maintainability.

• Get your hands into the backend & core agentic platform as well! It’s all typescript.

• Collaborate closely with design, backend, and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end experiences.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features, balancing speed and quality in a startup environment.

Who You Are

We're looking for an ambitious and creative builder who is excited to tackle hard problems.

• You are genuinely passionate about AI and energized by approaching ambiguous challenges from first principles.

• Have deep experience building production-grade web applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).

• Care about performance, accessibility, and pixel-perfect implementation.

• Have strong UI/UX sensibilities and enjoy collaborating with designers to ship delightful experiences.

• Are a collaborative, fast learner who wants to join a small team and have an outsized impact.

• (Bonus) Have experience with data visualization, realtime systems, or working on complex workflow tools.
