As a Professional Learning Operations Manager, you’ll champion operational excellence for educator learning programs, driving innovation and impact across Edmentum.

In this role you will:

• Shape and execute operational strategies that elevate professional learning experiences
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize team effectiveness
• Harness data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Optimize logistics and delivery processes to boost educator engagement and satisfaction
• Foster cross-team collaboration for higher delivery rates and measurable learning outcomes
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and champion ongoing optimization
• Take on evolving responsibilities as business needs grow

Who You Are

• You have a Master’s degree in Education (preferred)
• You have 5+ years of experience in educational consulting or edtech implementation
