Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one or two-on-one outpatient physical therapy services
- Perform patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document visits accurately and efficiently using the clinic EMR
- Manage and schedule a caseload of approximately 10–40 visits per week
- Monitor and drive outcomes using data-informed care protocols
- Provide patient and caregiver education for home programs and prevention
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff to optimize patient flow
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing professional development
Education
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or Master’s)
- Active state licensure (Physical Therapist) required
