Associate Manager, New Verticals - Search Experience Strategy & Operations

- Strong SQL skills and ability to pull/analyze data independently

Responsibilities
- Define and execute search product initiatives across grocery, convenience, alcohol and retail verticals.
- Design, run and analyze experiments to measure impact and inform product decisions.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Design to launch and iterate on search experiences.
- Dive into data to assess consumer behavior, relevance, conversion and operational/financial impacts.
- Translate technical concepts (ML models, ranking architecture) into clear business requirements and priorities.
- Own end-to-end delivery and scale solutions while handling both strategic planning and detailed operational execution.
Education
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Degree in quantitative, technical, business or related field preferred
