Senior Program Manager, Policy Implementation
Skills
- 5+ years program management, operations, or strategy experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or platform policy environments
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with 10+ stakeholder teams in matrixed organizations
- Experience building programs or operational functions from zero to one, including process design and scaled execution
- Strong understanding of content moderation operations (vendor management, review tooling, QA, training)
- Data-driven: experience defining metrics, building dashboards, and reporting systems
- Technical proficiency with project management and tracking tools (Notion, Asana, JIRA)
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operationalization of new and updated policies, driving readiness across Launch Preparation, Technical Implementation, Training & Documentation, Launch Monitoring, and Post-Launch Optimization
- Design and implement standardized tracking systems, launch bundles, RACI frameworks, and implementation specs to monitor progress and accountability
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and close technical gaps blocking enforcement and manage cross-functional dependencies to meet deadlines
- Co-create enforcement guidance, SOPs, and training materials for internal FTEs and BPO partners to ensure consistent enforcement at scale
- Build feedback loops between enforcement teams and Policy to surface implementation issues and drive continuous improvement
- Establish and track KPIs (time-to-implementation, enforcement accuracy, cross-team consistency) and lead regular reviews with Trust leadership
- Create escalation paths for implementation blockers and champion operational excellence while maintaining quality standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in program/operations management, public policy, or related fields is a plus
