Responsibilities
- Own and manage transparency reporting program to ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions
- Lead annual compliance audit cycles and expand audit maturity and capabilities
- Develop and maintain risk assessments for emerging regulatory requirements
- Manage mid-tier regulatory implementation projects from scoping through verification
- Build and optimize repeatable compliance processes, frameworks, and systems
- Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Product, Policy, and Trust & Safety to create auditable workflows
- Support the Platform Compliance Lead with strategic planning and executive reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Advanced degree (MA, JD, or similar) preferred but not required
