Responsibilities
- Lead and advocate for the vision and design of Diana Health's behavioral health offering
- Develop behavioral health programs including scope of practice, patient experience, and clinical protocols
- Oversee the behavioral health team with support from the Lead Psychiatric NP
- Serve as supervising psychiatrist for PMHNPs in licensed states
- Collaborate with OB/GYN leadership to grow behavioral health services
- Support behavioral health team’s personal growth and efficiency
Education
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Women’s health and/or perinatal experience preferred
