The Company
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.
We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.
Meet the team:
Join the Technical Product Management (TPM) group, part of the Advanced Product & Technology Experience (APTX) team within Dexcom R&D. TPM is a newly formed team that acts as a strategic bridge between Commercial and Software Engineering, helping clarify the problems to solve, guiding tradeoff decisions, and accelerating delivery of meaningful outcomes across Dexcom’s software product portfolio.
Where you come in:
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with a passion for improving lives through data-driven innovation. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of metabolic health features across Dexcom’s Clinical and Over-the-Counter (OTC) software platforms. You’ll help to shape a unified experience that blends consumer-grade simplicity with clinical-grade precision, integrating glucose and lifestyle data, and leveraging AI and advanced data visualization to deliver personalized insights and actionable recommendations.
Dexcom’s metabolic health platform is designed to adapt to user context—helping users learn about and enable the features that are most valuable to them, and ultimately empowering individuals to interpret their own data, engage in more meaningful conversations with their healthcare professionals, and take proactive steps toward better health.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across marketing, engineering, regulatory, quality, and clinical to prioritize opportunities and align product strategies across multiple platforms. Drive consistency and scalability in feature development across Dexcom’s software ecosystem.
Data Integration & Platform Evolution
Collaborate with platform engineering and data science teams to understand data pipelines, model deployment, and visualization frameworks. Identify opportunities to evolve Dexcom’s analytics infrastructure to support richer clinical insights and consumer engagement.
Compliance & Quality Leadership
Navigate the complexities of a regulated medical device environment, balancing global legal and regulatory requirements with user expectations for personalization, transparency, and ease of use.
AI & Data Visualization Strategy
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data analytics, and metabolic health. Work with internal teams and external partners to evaluate and integrate new capabilities that enhance user experience and clinical value.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Use analytics, user behavior data, and experimentation to inform product decisions. Ensure features are intuitive, trustworthy, and adopted by both consumers and healthcare professionals.
What makes you successful:
Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or data-centric platforms.
Strong understanding of AI, data visualization, and user-centered design principles.
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, actionable product strategies.
Passion for improving metabolic health and empowering users through data.
Self-motivated and can work successfully in ambiguous and in fast-paced environments
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
What you’ll get:
