Responsibilities
- Own and ship features across the full stack (frontend and backend) for core account and project systems
- Lead scaling and re-architecture efforts to support growth while maintaining stability
- Write high-quality, testable, maintainable, and performant code
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design (EPD) to craft end-to-end user experiences
- Integrate with third-party services to extend platform capabilities
- Identify security risks and implement appropriate mitigations
- Develop and maintain robust testing and debugging practices
- Mentor and influence engineering peers on architecture and best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Formal degree optional when equivalent professional experience is demonstrated
