What You'll Do

• Build bespoke solutions - Create customer-specific APIs, workflows, dashboards, and automations tailored to unique business requirements

• Champion metrics - Monitor adoption metrics, proactively address barriers, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes

• Influence product direction - Gather feedback, identify patterns, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements

Who You Are

• Customer-focused engineer with 1+ years building software in customer-facing roles, comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics

• Full-stack developer skilled in Python, APIs, and integrations with experience building custom solutions for diverse technical environments

• Implementation expert with proven track record driving successful technical rollouts, managing multiple concurrent projects, and delivering results under tight timelines

• Natural communicator who excels at technical presentations, workshops, and building long-term relationships with both technical teams and executives

• Problem-solving mindset with bias for action, resilience when facing obstacles, and passion for seeing customers succeed with cutting-edge AI technology
