We are looking for a hands-on Website & Demand-Capture Manager — a technical growth marketer who combines HubSpot and analytics expertise with SEO, CRO, and performance marketing skills to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion paths, and scale measurable acquisition.

Skills

  • HubSpot CMS (building and maintaining pages, templates, forms, CTAs)
  • Google Tag Manager and GA4 for tagging and analytics
  • Google Search Console and SEMrush for SEO audits and monitoring
  • Technical web skills: HTML, CSS, PHP
  • Technical SEO and site performance optimization
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and marketing attribution
  • Analytics dashboarding and reporting automation
  • Localization workflows and global content management
  • Familiarity with paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) and agency coordination

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and maintain landing pages, forms, and CTAs in HubSpot CMS with strong attention to UX and brand consistency.
  • Ensure site performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and quality using HTML, CSS, and PHP for troubleshooting and tuning.
  • Own technical SEO: metadata, schema markup, redirects, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager, GA4 event tagging, conversion tracking, and maintain consistent UTM taxonomy across channels.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve landing page conversion rates and lead flows.
  • Create dashboards and reporting automation to streamline performance reporting and support attribution analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing Ops/RevOps, and localization teams.
  • Manage agency relationships, set expectations, and hold partners accountable for delivery and results.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and growth tactics to accelerate experimentation and execution.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications or training (HubSpot, GA4, SEO) are a plus
