- Active Texas associate clinical license (LPC-A, AMFT, or ACSW)
- Experience providing telehealth services to children and adolescents
- Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort working peak hours (Mon-Fri, 3-8 PM)
- Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to school-aged students and families
- Collaborate with school counselors and multidisciplinary providers
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships with students and caregivers
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers
- Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings
- Attend supervision sessions as required by licensure guidelines
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical programs
- Complete documentation and use EHR tools provided by Daybreak
Education
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field
- Active enrollment in an associate licensure track in Texas (LPC-A, AMFT, ACSW)
- Willingness to participate in supervised clinical hours per board requirements
